Name: HSS-E Long Length Square End Mills 4FL

Remark：
4 lutes, 30°Helix Angle, Center Cutting, Length of cut is extended.
Ground, hardness is up to HRC66~68. Cutting temperature is suggested to be under 650°C.
Good performance in slotting, side milling and surface milling; For semi-finishing and finishing process.
Best suited for applications in medical, die, mould, automotive and general engineering fields.
For cutting of pre-hardened tool steel, general steel, cast iron, etc.

The Mills are made by grinding process, its material is a kind of high-performance High Speed Steel(W6Mo5Cr4V2Al), it has much higher wear resistance than other HSS in machining when the temperature is up to 600~650°C, this improved tool life dramatically and allows a higher machining speed.
