Name: HSS-E Long Length Roughing End Mills 4FL

4 Flutes, 30°Helix Angle, Center Cutting, Extended Length of Cut.
Ground, hardness is up to HRC66~68. Cutting temperature is suggested to be under 650°C.
Highest metal removal rates, specially for high stock removal milling; Unique flutes geometries.
Best suited for applications in medical, die, mould, automotive and general engineering fields.
For cutting of pre-hardened tool steel, general steel, cast iron, etc.

The Mills are made by grinding process. Its unique flute geometries can provide a smooth chips exhaust machining and allow a high volume metal removal rate. Mills material is a kind of high-performance High Speed Steel(W6Mo5Cr4V2Al), it has much higher wear resistance than other HSS in machining when the temperature is up to 600~650°C, this improved tool life dramatically and allows a higher machining speed.
