Name: M2Al Long Length Square End Mills for Aluminum 2FL
Model: HMALFC2L
Remark：
2 Flutes, 45°Helix Angle, Center Cutting, Extended Length of Cut.
Ground, hardness is up to HRC66~68. Cutting temperature is suggested to be under 650°C.
Good performance in slotting, side milling and surface milling; For semi-finishing and finishing process.
Best suited for applications in medical, die, mould, automotive and general engineering fields.
For cutting of Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy, etc.

The Mills are made by grinding process. Cutting edge has a sharp rake angles and flutes have higher value helix angles, which are designed specially for aluminum and aluminum alloy. This can have a good cutting performance and high surface finishes. Mills material is a kind of high-performance High Speed Steel(W6Mo5Cr4V2Al), it has much higher wear resistance than other HSS in machining when the temperature is up to 600~650°C, this improved tool life dramatically and allows a higher machining speed.
